Cancel PlayStation Plus on the web
- Sign in to PlayStation Account Management with the subscribing account.
- Open Subscription, find PlayStation Plus and choose Cancel Subscription.
- Finish the prompts and verify the expiry date and renewal status.
Cancel from a console
- PS5: Open Settings → Users and Accounts → Account → Payment and Subscriptions → Subscriptions → PlayStation Plus, then cancel.
- PS4: Open PlayStation Plus → Manage Membership → Subscription, then cancel.

Benefits after cancellation
Stopping renewal normally leaves access until the paid period ends. Once membership expires, subscription benefits such as monthly games, online storage and online multiplayer become unavailable. Games purchased separately remain separate purchases.

Refunds
Stopping future payments does not automatically refund earlier ones. US policy: A subscription refund may be requested within 14 days of the initial transaction, with a deduction for usage. Trial time counts toward that window.
