Cancel a Netflix-billed membership
- Sign in and open Manage membership.
- Choose the cancellation option, then complete the final confirmation.
- Look for the cancellation email and check the date your access ends.
If another company bills you
Check the Membership section of your Netflix account. Follow its payment-partner link or contact that provider when no cancellation option appears.
Before you leave
Deleting the app or signing out does not stop billing. Paid access normally continues for the remaining billing period; check the end date in your account. Refunds and special circumstances depend on the provider and your location.
