Cancel a directly billed Prime membership
- Open the Amazon website for the country where you subscribed, then sign in.
- Go to your Prime membership settings and open the membership management options.
- Choose the option to end membership and finish all confirmation screens.
- Check the final membership status and end date.

In the Amazon Shopping app, open your account, find Prime membership, and use its management options. If another company bills you, check your receipt and manage cancellation with that provider.
